After noticing how the British music scene has swung very much in favour of the twangy indy-rock clones of today, and that the American scene continues to push generic moaning ‘rock’ bands,  five young men have took it upon themselves to set things right by putting passion and aggression back in to guitar music.

After recently relocating to Manchester, DIF’s highlights have already been headlining Manchester Club Academy, and due to the success there, have been given the headlining slot at Manchester’s BIGGEST unsigned venue ‘The Ritz’! …so its going pretty well, but it’s by no means enough!!

Comprising of; Matty Issues; the bands front man, Jamie Borrowdale; the bands uber-talented lead guitarist, Riffs; rhythm guitar and backing vocals, Andrew ‘Eightbar’ Gregg; the bassist, and Chris the Destroyer; the ever intoxicated drummer, the boys want to bring back the days of face-melting solo’s, huge riffs,  meaningful bass lines, immense drum beats… and a singer with some balls!!
